Usage is separate from seat subscriptions. US rates:
- Outbound email: $0.0008/email ($0.80 per 1,000).
- Inbound SMS: $0.0135/segment ($13.50 per 1,000).
- Outbound SMS: $0.0140/segment ($14.00 per 1,000).
- Ringless voicemail: $0.0500/drop ($50.00 per 1,000).
- Ordinary outbound calls / Power Dialer: $0.0150/minute ($15.00 per 1,000).
- Ordinary inbound calls: $0.0100/minute ($10.00 per 1,000).
- Agent AI call minutes: $0.1000/minute ($100.00 per 1,000), phone included.
- Arwyn AI call minutes: $0.1000/minute ($100.00 per 1,000), phone included.

SMS segments hold up to 160 characters, or 70 with emoji or special characters. Longer texts use multiple segments; SMS rates include carrier fees. Call rates bundle the call, recording, and storage; each call rounds up to the next whole minute. Agent AI and Arwyn access is included on Pro and Max, but call usage is billed separately from the seat. AI Chatbot has no AI per-reply charge on Pro and Max; SMS segments are usage-billed. unLocked AI is included with no tokens or bundles.
